Cancellation Policy:
* Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
* Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 13.25%.
* Cancellations/changes must be received 30 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
* Cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of your reservation, unless we can re-book your travel dates.
* No refunds for early departure. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
* We are able to recieve reservation payments by credit card up to 30 days in advance. Otherwise if you wish to make a resevation payment beyond 30 days ahead, please send us a check.
* We guarantee that you will have a fabulous stay at the Kauai Tea Garden Cottage, or we will cheerfully refund your money.
